Disney World is globally known for its « Magic Kingdom » theme park, but its water parks are less famous. Blizzard Beach is one of Disney's two water parks, and like all Disney theme parks, the decor is meticulously designed to transport you into the atmosphere of a ski resort under the Florida sun !
Solo, duo or group fun !
This winter sports resort welcomes you to race down the watercourses that have formed on the mountain's slopes due to the melting snow. Racing down the slopes on inflatable tubes or mats, whether alone, in pairs, or in groups, is pure fun !

For those who love speed and excitement, head to the ski jump for a descent of a few seconds at over 60 miles per hour !

For those who prefer sunbathing, a vast white sandy beach with palm trees surrounds an equally impressive pool! Or, drift along the river on your inflatable tube for a complete tour of Blizzard Beach, with a cave passage and multiple water jets along the way to keep you cool !
Aside from its relaxing aspect, the river is also an ideal way to get around the four corners of Blizzard Beach water park !

The ski resort theme is omnipresent throughout the park with its ski jump that conceals a thrilling slide, a chairlift that doubles as a quick-service restaurant and a mountain chalet for locker rentals and shopping before heading home !

Feeling hungry ? Head to the chairlift !
Access to the various attractions is along the snowy mountain slopes, where water streams everywhere. For the less adventurous, a chairlift takes you straight to the top of the slopes ! A great opportunity to enjoy the scenery as you ascend !
How to get there ?
Blizzard Beach water park is located southwest of downtown Orlando, among the array of Disney theme parks. Blizzard Beach has its own free parking lot to accommodate visitors.
Practical information
Blizzard Beach offers two sizes of lockers for rent, « small » and « large » to keep your belongings dry ! Various quick-service dining options are available throughout the park all day long.
Finally, a single-day ticket or multi-day pass with water park extensions allows you to access the Disney's park for a day or combine multiple Disney's parks in a single day ! A cost-effective way to finish your day at Magic Kingdom theme park after Blizzard Beach water park closes !
